Back in Action!
I haven't been involving myself in basketball tournaments for months until last Sunday, 8th February 2009. It was Admiral 3on3 basketball tournament that was held in Plaza Mont Kiara. My teamates were Prashad and Chi Yung.
Woke up at 6 o'clock in the morning, bathed, packed my bag and went to pick Chi Yung up. After that, headed straight to Berkeley to fetch Prashad and another three of his friends, Alex, Cenn Born and Jack who participated in that 3on3 also. So altogether, there were two teams in my car.
Reached there a bit late because we couldn't get to Plaza Mont Kiara even though it was right in front our eyes. We didn't know which flyover to use until we went to a petrol kiosk and asked for directions.
Truthfully, i would say that i was kind of nervous because i haven't been playing tournaments for almost 5 months!
The first round, we beat Lucky17 11-3.
The second round, we beat Unknown 11-4.
The third round, which was the Semifinal, we beat KHS2 10-1.
And the last round which was the Final, we beat Goblok 4-0.
I know it was weird to play only two games to advance straight to the semifinal. It was actually grouping stage. Each group has three teams in it. The team that won two matches in grouping stage advances straight to the semifinal. This system helped the weaker teams to play more games.
As the champion, we walked away with an Admiral voucher worth RM600. So we shared that RM600 among three of us, RM200 each.
I bought 3 pairs of Admiral shoes with the voucher. Bought a casual shoe and an outdoor shoe for myself and a sport shoe for my brother. Wanted to buy clothes with the voucher but Admiral clothes don't suit my taste. =D
Anyway, i'm writing this just to share with you guys. =)
Lastly, a group photo of us.
Clockwise: (Top left) Cenn Born, Chi Yung, Me, Jack, Prashad and Alex.

Chinese New Year
No more playing fire crackers, receiving ang pau's, gambling and enjoying the spirit of Chinese New Year but only leaving behind new clothes that have been worn and cookies. That's the end of Chinese New Year.
Visited quite a number of houses this year and received quite a number of ang pau's too! xD Took some photos during the visits on the 1st day to my friends' house.
I enjoyed my Chinese New Year a lot this year and i hope you all did too! =)

Still Alive!
Hey guys, sorry for the lack of updates! My laptop was sick and still sick. xD I don't know what's wrong with it. Everytime i charge it when i'm using it or i set the screen to the brightest, the screen goes dark but not blank. Those icons on my screen are still visible but the screen light turns off by itself. So i have to charge it full before i use it and i cant charge it when i'm using it. Anyone can help me with this problem? I will update on my trip to Genting Highlands and Chinese New Year gatherings soon. Stay tune! =)

Dong Dong Chiang
Yes, yes, i can feel it! The mood... 'Dong Dong Chiang!' Hey, not the 'Dong Dong Chiang' where there are people wearing white, blue or green and red is not allowed one okay? xD I mean the 'Dong Dong Chiang' where most people will be wearing as reddish as they can. Yes, it's Chinese New Year! It's drawing near.
Many elderly folks said that Chinese New Year is the day when we forgive each other, have dinner together, and most importantly, reunite with family members who live far away or maybe children who are away from home for studies. Yes, it's indeed true.
When i was a young boy... Okay, i'm still young! =D When i was a younger boy, i used to think that Chinese New Year is all about ang pau's, fire crackers, new clothes, holidays and nice food. As i grew a little older, where my brother has gone outstation to further his studies, i realised that how important it is to cherish every single moment when we are together and staying close to each other with our loved ones.
Now that Chinese New Year is drawing near, take this opportunity to gather all your family members, have reunion dinner together and have a great time enjoying each other's company! =)

You're Hired!
Yes, i'm hired! =) Get it right! It's hired, not fired! Haha! I was supposed to receive an sms yesterday regarding the result of my interview but i didn't receive any. So i called up the company and asked about it. The people there asked me to contact the person who's in charge in Klang, John. I called him up and he asked me to call again today because he wasn't in the office and cant check for me. So i called him up again this morning and everything turned out positively!
I'm hired but i'll start working on February. It's not an everyday job. It's only weekends but not every weekend. John asked me to work on the 14th, 15th, 21st and 22nd of February for a two-week-project. That means i'll be celebrating Valentine's Day with those Bangladeshi workers who work in Giant and other workers as well. Haha!
Anyway, i'm happy that i'm hired and i cant wait to celebrate my Valentine's Day with Bangladeshi workers! xD

Good time
Went to Fruity yesterday to celebrate Alex's 18th Birthday which was actually fell on the 7th of January. Had so much fun there. It was a great time catching up with my friends who are already in the college.
After Fruity, went to Alex's place for some games of carom. Went back home at 6.00pm.
When i reached home, i took my shower and went to Giant Bukit Tinggi with family. It was so crowded there. Saw Pn. Sunita there but she didn't see me. xD Bought some drinks there for Chinese New Year and went for dinner.
Had my dinner at Hang Sing Seafood Restaurant. For your information, that restaurant belongs to Nelson's family. I tell you, they serve the best Hokkien Mee in Klang Town! Even those who stay as far as KL come to his shop to have Hokkien Mee! Not only Hokkien Mee, the food there i tell you, only one word can describe it, YUMMY! =) They serve pork free food. Everything there is Halal. This restaurant is located in Pandamaran. It's a house shop. It's located opposite the Pandamaran field, very near to Kompleks Sukan Pandamaran. So guys, try out the food there!
Anyway, i'm sharing this with you guys because i'm a food lover. =D So if you guys have got any recommendation about any nice makan place, do share with me too yea! xD
